Contact Information: first and last name, mobile number, email address, current and permanent address, one or more govt issued id’s, employee id, employment letter, and any alternate mobile number and address proof (in case of emergency) for fulfilling of compliance as per applicable law.
Financial data: payment method details, UPI, Bank account number (if refund is initiated)

Quest Cabs & Travels will not release your personal details to any company that is not a member of the Quest Cabs & Travels for marketing purposes, (except in relation to promotional offers).
Quest Cabs & Travels may also share your personal information in order to comply any court order, subpoena, or other legal obligations, to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or investigation agencies, to participate in judicial, regulatory or administrative proceedings and to furnish details to insurance companies.

Right to Correction: The Data Principal/User shall have the right to request correction, completion, updating, of their Personal Data where such data held by the Company is found to be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or outdated.
Right to withdraw the consent and erasure your Personal Data: The Data Principal/User shall have the right to withdraw their consent, at any time, for the processing of their Personal Data previously provided to the Company. Right to Nominate a representative: In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, the Data Principal/User shall have the right to nominate, in such manner as may be prescribed, any other individual who shall, in the event of the Data Principal’s/User incapacity or death, exercise the rights of the Data Principal/User under this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Upon your request, Quest Cabs & Travels will promptly delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, tax, audit, dispute resolution, or to enforce our service agreements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Car Rental services:
Cancelled prior to 24 hours from the rental start time - No cancellation charges
Cancelled between 12-24 hours from rental start time - No cancellation charges
Cancelled between 0-12 hours from rental start time - 100% cancellation charges
User no-show - 100% cancellation charges
Cancellation guidelines:
User can cancel the booking as per the policy through Email, Phone Call, WhatsApp or by physically visiting the office. Cancellation acknowledgement must be taken from our team to confirm your cancellation.
Refund policy
Quest Cabs & Travels India will process the refund within 21 working days as per Company cancellation and refund policy.
No partial refund is applicable.
Car upgrade policy
In case the selected car model is unavailable, Quest Cabs & Travels will try its best to provide an equivalent car model or upgrade the car with no additional charge to the user.
In case the selected car model is unavailable and a lower-segment car is allotted to the user, the difference in the final base amount will be reimbursed to the user as per Company refund policy.
Car replacement policy
In case of an accident or a breakdown, Quest Cabs & Travels will provide a replacement car within a reasonable time.
All the above rental terms and conditions are applicable to all Rental types including Quest Cabs & Travels One Transfers, Airport & Railway Transfers, Within City, One way Intercity Transfers and Outstation rentals.
Quest Cabs & Travels India Discretion
Website Rates, Fleet and Rental Terms are subject to change at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company without prior notice
GST Rate
GST@18% will be applicable on Gross invoice amount including Toll, Parking, interstate taxes & chauffeur retention charges on all rentals (Quest Cabs & Travels One transfers, Airport & Railway transfers, Within City, One-way Intercity Transfers & Outstation).
Car / Rental Usage Policy
The User shall neither use nor allow the car to be used for any illegal or unlawful activity or for any other purposes contrary to the provisions of the applicable laws.
The User shall neither consume nor allow the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes or any contraband or psychotropic substance in the car.
The User shall neither carry or allow or cause any person to carry any arms, ammunition or inflammable or explosive substance inside the car.
User will not ask for the car to be taken to high terrain areas, terrorism/ naxal affected areas.
The Company does not allow the car to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other object that can damage the upholstery or any part of the car. In such an event, the User will be charged the actual cost of repairing/cleaning the interior or exterior of the car.
User is responsible for removing all personal belongings at the end of the rental.
The Company will not be liable for any theft or damage to the belongings of the User during the entire rental period. The Company has no policy of User Luggage Insurance.
Indemnity Policy
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company including its directors, shareholders and employees harmless for any loss suffered by the Company including reasonable legal costs and third party claims arising out of or in relation to the breach of its obligations, representations, warranties and covenants by the User of this Agreement and against all claims, penalties, proceedings, civil or criminal, initiated against the Company as a result of such breach.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company its directors, shareholders and employees harmless for any loss suffered by the Company including reasonable legal costs, liabilities, costs actions, claims, any fines or penalties imposed in respect of or arising out of use of the car, including losses on account of any third-party liability and third parties claims, as a result of unlawful or illegal use or misuse of the car by the User or as a result of use of the car for the purposes contrary to those set out in this Agreement.
Injunctive Relief
Any violation and breach of this agreement contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to the Company for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages if appropriate).
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Platform/Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software, are the property of Quest Cabs & Travels India Mobility Solutions Private Limited (formerly Mercury Car Rentals Private Limited) and/or and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any content or materials from the Platform without Company prior written consent.
Arbitration
In case of any dispute between the parties, same shall be referred for arbitration to the Arbitrator, who shall be appointed by the parties jointly. The language for arbitration shall be English and the venue shall be Delhi. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Jurisdiction
The laws of India shall govern this Terms & Conditions Subject to the provisions contained in this T&C, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter, claim or dispute arising out of or in any way, relating to this T&C
